Renew Psychology and Behaviour Support (Renew) is an independent private practice, which is also provides services under the NDIS as a Registered Service Provider. Renew believes that each client accesses supports that respect and protect their dignity and right to privacy. Renew ensures that the management of each client’s personal information ensures that it is identifiable, accurately recorded, current and confidential. Renew ensures that each client’s information is easily accessible to the client and appropriately utilised by relevant workers.

You have the right to gain access to the information held by Renew about you. Our Privacy Policy (found on our website) contains information on how you may request access to, and correction of your personal information and how you may complain about a breach of your privacy and how we deal with such a complaint.

Renew needs to collect information about you for the primary purpose of providing quality treatment and support. This information will also be used for the administrative purposes of running a practice such as billing you through the NDIS. Renew will only provide information that you have provided to other professionals with your consent. Your written consent will be obtained prior to the start of your journey withRenew. Renew takes all reasonable steps to ensure your information is stored securely and only practice staff has access to it. Renew takes all reasonable steps to ensure that information collected about you is accurate and up to date. If you believe that any information is inaccurate, we may be able to amend it accordingly.
